All domestic orders are shipped using DPD courier services and InPost parcel lockers. The delivery time within Poland is 1-5 business days.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- DPD: 16 PLN
- InPost Parcel Locker: 15 PLN
Shipping to EU countries
Orders within the European Union are shipped via DPD. The delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days.

- DPD: 45 PLN
Returns
How to Make a Return?
To be eligible for a return, products purchased from us must have their original tags and should not show any signs of use. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns. Before making a return, please contact our customer service department at hello@peniche.store. The return period is 14 days.
