Orders
How can I pay for my order?
Payments on our website are processed via the Przelewy24 service. All transactions are conducted using a secure SSL connection. Customers can also make purchases using PayPo. The payment method can be selected during checkout in the shopping cart.
What should I do if I encounter issues with making a payment?
Please place a separate order or contact our customer service team (hello@peniche.store), who will provide instructions on how to transfer the funds directly to our bank account.
How can I receive an invoice?
During the order process, you need to provide the company name and VAT number (NIP).
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, which the customer is notified of via email, changes can be made or the order can be completely canceled. Our customer service team will do their best to assist with an already placed order.
Shipping
What are the delivery fees?
All orders within Poland are shipped using DPD courier services or InPost parcel lockers. Delivery time within Poland is 1-5 business days.
Shipping costs:
DPD Courier: 16 PLN
InPost Parcel Locker: 15 PLN
For orders over 600 PLN, delivery within Poland is free. Free shipping is provided via InPost parcel lockers.
International shipping is handled by DPD courier services. Delivery time is 2-7 business days.
Shipping costs:
DPD Courier: 45 PLN
Taxes and duties
Please note that shipments outside the EU may incur customs fees imposed by the customer's local tax/customs authorities.
Can I track my order?
The tracking number is sent in the email confirming the order has been processed.
Is it possible to pick up the order in person?
Yes, the order can be picked up in Sopot after prior arrangement.
Returns and Exchanges
Is it possible to exchange an order?
To make an exchange, you must first return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the package, and then purchase the correct product on our website.
How can I make a return?
To make a return, the products purchased from us must have their original tags and should not show any signs of use. Products made to custom order are not eligible for returns.
To successfully complete a return or exchange, it is necessary to fill out the return/exchange form (available for download HERE) and send it to hello@peniche.store.

When will I receive a refund for returned products?
The funds will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days of receiving the return. We make every effort to ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Are there any restrictions on returns?
Returns are not possible for custom-made products. Other products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
