Shipping
Shipping within Poland
Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday. Delivery within Poland is carried out via DPD courier services and InPost parcel lockers.
Shipping cost:
DPD courier – 17 PLN
InPost parcel locker – 16 PLN
International shipping
International order processing time (within EU countries) is 2 to 7 business days, from Monday to Friday. Delivery is carried out via DPD courier services.
Shipping cost:
DPD courier – 15 EUR

Returns
How can I make a return?

What is the return policy?
Products purchased on peniche.store are eligible for return provided they are sent back within 14 days from the date of shipment, in new condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged — with all original tags attached.
Are there any restrictions on returns?
Items made to individual/custom order are not eligible for return. All other products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
When will I receive a refund for the returned products?
Funds will be refunded to the customer’s account within 14 days of receiving the returned items. We make every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, it is possible to exchange a product. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at hello@peniche.store.
Sizing
Do all PENICHE styles run true to size?
Many factors affect hat sizing — including shape, material, and the handcrafted nature of each piece. Each model may fit differently, even in the same size.
Please check the size guide available on each product page to choose the perfect size for your selected style.
How can I tell if the size fits?
A hat should fit snugly on your head without causing pressure. A fit that is too tight may distort the brim, while a hat that is too loose will move around.
The perfect size ensures that the hat stays securely on your head, even when you bend forward.
Which size should I choose if my head circumference is between sizes?
In such cases, we recommend choosing the larger size. Each hat comes with cork strips that allow you to adjust the fit to the shape of your head.
Will the hat stretch?
The hat will gradually adapt to the shape of your head as you wear it. Natural materials may stretch slightly over time.
