Sizes & Details

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed only for products available in the PENICHE store.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery within Poland is handled by DPD couriers and InPost parcel lockers.

Shipping costs:

  • DHL courier: 16 PLN
  • InPost parcel locker: 15 PLN

Products are eligible for return provided they are sent back within 14 days of the shipping date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Please note that returns do not apply to products made to order or customized pieces.
