In June, we visited a workshop in Madagascar where our raffia hats – a new addition to the PENICHE collection – are made. Each piece is handcrafted from natural fibers sourced from local palm trees, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. From peeling and dyeing, to sun-drying and hand-weaving – every stage is carried out with great attention to detail. As a result, every hat has its own unique character.
